3 · Autumn - A light autumn breeze with no particular effect except carries Lee in the opposite direction for slight distance
4 · Winter - An icy gale of piercing wind that cuts sharply like a blade; if opponent has a power stat lower than Lee's, there is a 25% chance the move will render them immobile for one turn

Air gathers in a cyclone formation then forcibly released outwards to hit anyone positioned outside the eye of the tornado; extremely prone to friendly fire...
**If used in windy weather, 10% chance of conjuring a highly destructive twister that can knock Lee out as well...
