Oh I just um... drag them to the corner of whatever dimension the image is 8D;;

No no no, it doesn't need to be bulkier... it's just that on a large meme, the quality goes way down if resized. For instance Saiai's Double Meme [link]

That's cos I think she like... tried to resize the borders themselves 8D
I preserved the .psd file of the border so people could DRAG them to the edge of their image... *O*;;

Ahh okay so.. the borders themselves are on their own layer, so... like... when I made my good/evil meme, I just took the selection tool and dragged the corners to the corners of my 700x900px (or whatever it was) canvas. Then like... the line borders I just duplicated so they went across the whole 700x900px length/height. IDK I JUST ASSUMED THAT WHEN PEOPLE WANTED TO MAKE THE MEMES THEY'D HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF PHOTOSHOP sobsob QAQ is it too complicated??

OOOH! I get it! Sorry, yeah. Ok, so you don't actually resize the border, just move around the corners and the middle top part. I was totally just thinking of it wrong. x_x
